The aromatic fruitiness of coriander usually touches your taste buds greeting you open the Moorish Adobar Seasoning, with cumin and chile peppers lingering not too far behind it. The ancho chilies rich, bitter chocolate and the paprikas' welcoming warmth launches the flavor of this seasoning, shored up by the garlic's aromatic pungency, onions subtly subdued natural sweetness, and the profoundly earthy depth of cumin. In the middle, Fennel and coriander add a light lift as a peppery depth is added by oregano. This beautiful blend finishes with a gentle, trailing heat that comes from a slight pop of bold mustard and a fruity spice of guajillo chiles.
